new office

hi ive been postie for 6 years but applied online for my local office and been accepted but will i have to sell my shares as my current manager wont let me transfer and ill have to hand in my notice when i hear my official start date . thanks in advance think i know answer but any help greatly apprieciated.

But why can't you just transfer to another office ?

been trying to get a transfer for 4 years not happened but got word today start in new office on 27th dec
