Do Royal Mail send email if you are not successful?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to apply this role for mail sorter in Manchester, the job post was first advertised on Oct 20, then job is closed around Oct 30.

Job role description says interview date is expected to be this Friday, on Nov 17, 2017.

I still haven't received any email if I am successful or not.

My question is, do Royal Mail HR sends an email to let you know if you are unsuccessful? My next Step is still blank. I read in other topics that recruitment is painfully slow, so I should wait? Should I contact HR?

Yes. Check your spam folders and the recruitment page. @RoyalMail sometimes gets caught by spam and virus killers as there was a rash of fake accounts sending spam and phishing emails.
