Job application done but no reply

Hello all I have applied for a 30 hour permanent postman/driver job in Northern Ireland and I've completed the online test straight away but 2 weeks later I've heard nothing back, is this normal and if I'm unsuccessful do RM let you know that you are not getting an interview? Thanks in advance.

Yes they do let you know.

The process for recruitment is centralised for the whole of the UK, and being so, its one of the slowest processes as well. Keep checking your spam folders as some ISP automatically mark @royalmail addresses as such.
