I had my interview 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since. My status still reads interview/assessment. I was told at interview it would take 10 days so am worrying it hasn't gone well. On the other hand it would be good to know if I was going on the waiting list so I can apply for other vacancies. Does it normally take so long to hear back. Thanks

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Your still on there so there's a good chance you are still in the system it takes ages. The process with all the security takes even longer ! Just hang in there
