Hiya, I had an interview on Thursday for a delivery position, I have no idea how it went, he was a bit of a closed book and I couldn't read him very well, but hopefully I'll be successful.
My question is about footwear, I was told that you have to wear RM specified footwear and you'd need a note from the doctor to wear anything else. What is the specified footwear like?

You'll get a catalogue if successful and there is a choice of boots, shoes and trainers.

However, you won't get the footwear straight away so make sure you have something decent if you are selected. Ideally waterproof, light and with good support for the ankles and arches. Avoid wearing jeans before you get the uniform.

Good luck and I hope you are successful.

Thank you
And combat trousers/shorts are what the posties seem to wear around here. I'll follow their lead if I get the job.
