Or just laziness in regards to the online application

I have been applying for jobs since the 15th of Jan with my most recent on the 1st of Feb. All but two of them have gotten back to me to reject me

The two that are yet to reject me are from the 19th and the 22nd

The others rejected me within around 9 days, yet these two havent done anything

Id say no news is good news but as its 3 weeks later im guessing its just laziness and they have just chosen the people they want to interview and havent bothered to reject the rest ?

How long did it take you from your application to receive and offer to attend an interview and if you got rejected before interview stage, was you always notified ?

Royal mail is very slow on the recruitment front, mainly because they are constantly hiring for different positions across the whole country.

I think its slow because of the volume of work for them rather than "laziness" after all there are 140,000 posties in Royal Mail, even lasting 20 years on average it still means a turnover of 135 positions per week.

Average wait from application to starting work is anywhere from 3 to 6 months.
