Hi to all.
After longer process I am here, applied for permanent part time position of postwomen with driving though ended with fixed term contract for 3 months. Would it be the first part of 6 months trial ?
Contract states certain rate per week (pro rata for part time) but 1st payslip (20hr on it) is much lower than amount listed in contract and no maths works with it comparing to contract amount. Could anyone explain how its works please?

Pro Rata
It' s one rate per hr for new entrants, after 6 months it goes up a bit and then up again to the national rate after another 6 months.
Amount per hr depending on area...

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
