Now this isn't a dig as this is an internet forum and text speak, though frowned upon by some, is acceptable as is creative spelling and lack of Grammar. But if you use the same grammar and spelling in your CVs and applications as you have here, that won't help a great deal.
Also, yes, RM in line with most business will have a minimum standard of applicant they are willing to interview, and if they have online tests then anyone who does not reach a certain level will be rejected as a matter of course. If you have failed one test and they advise you not to apply again for 6 months then its highly likely they will reject you out of hand for any subsequent positions you apply for within that time period.
It may appear harsh, but that's how most recruitment for big businesses is handled these days.
My advice, review your CV and try to make it pertinent to the jobs you are applying for. review it again, and again. Basically keep checking it and make changes that make it more applicable to the job you are applying for. Also keep spell checking it, along with checks on grammar and punctuation. I do it every time I send off, or read my CV, and in the end, if you want the job keep persevering.
