do royal mail allow empolees to work another job? the other job doesnt conflict in anyway the work that royal mail does. cheers

yes with certain provisions.

1. You tell them (they need to know for H&S)
2. Its not for a competitor.
3. It doesn't have an impact on your work for RM.

Even if you are part time you will do overtime hours for sure and won`t have time for another job, plus you`ll be very tired, at least in the first 6 months.
I`m 4 months in the job and I did plenty of overtime and I`m on a 25 hours contract and I don`t even think about taking a second job lol, as I earn enough plus I`m too tired :no no
