my welcome day is tommrow 9-5, does it actually take the whole day and do you get breaks?

No it doesn't take all day, but the time taken will vary a lot based on the person doing it and how many they have.

Yes, you get breaks.

I had mine not long ago, the person leading it offered to work through to finish early which we did :wink:

Yes, it's a fitting entry to the RM culture - skip the entitled break and knock it off your finish time so you can go home early. That'll quite likely be standard procedure if you're going for a delivery job!
