Status changed !!!!

Hi everyone,
I have been waiting for my security checks for 2 weeks and 4 days, I still have no email but my status on my candidate profile has changed from pre employment checks to "offer" what dose this mean :o

Hi I waited nearly 3 weeks for security checks, then mine changed to offer quickly followed by an email. Hope by now you have the email :)

I had email saying I had passed checks and a formal offer, then I had to send bank details, holidays etc. And confirm date of induction. Sent them Thursday and got a formal offer today.

My status went from pre employment checks-offer-start date agreed.

Ive been waiting 3 weeks today now, still no status change. Keep checking emails, its becoming unbearable the suspense!!!

Recived my email I start on the 31st :) very happy!

I know what you mean mate it's horrible being left in limbo but hopefully you won't have long to wait

Yea hopefully not too much longer. Things havent been great at work since ive told them ive applied for a job at royal mail.

Well done mate.

I am in a similar boat - i received the formal offer e-mail yesterday. I was hoping for a phone call to speak to someone as i realised at the interview i said my notice period was 3 weeks, but i found out recently it is actually 4 weeks. So they wanted me to start the end of Octover (3 & half weeks time) which is too soon. I've e-mailed them back asking for a later start date, so am currently impatiently waiting for a response!
