Hope someone can help. I'm really keen on joining the Royal Mail and have recently applied for a local Postman job (Ruislip) through the online application process. My background is mainly corporate but the application process doesn't give you any option to add a covering letter etc. to explain my reasons for applying. I wish I'd added one as page 1 of my CV now as I have just received a rejection email.
Does anyone know of any contact email or phone numbers so I can get some feedback from someone as to why my application was rejected - hopefully it will help me get in in the future???
