How do you I get feedback on why I am unsuccessful?

I applied for one job, completed online test, had a great interview then was told next day unsuccessful.

2 weeks later I apply for another delivery office, same job.

Today I receive a no thanks email with this included. "Unfortunately, your application has not been successful as you failed a previous, similar assessment. You are ineligible to re-apply for six months from the date of your previous assessment."

Is it my ability on the online test or what?

Should I wait 6 months or try with another email address maybe??

Maybe somebody did better or scored better in the interview. I noticed answering the health & safety wuestions she was ticking off boxes.

You could try a different email address but they might suss you out if you get to interview stage again.
