Scheduled Maintenance

Hi, yesterday I got an email informing me that I had got to the stage where I need to inform them of my work history for 5 years so that they could make the pre job security checks. I spent yesterday evening gathering this information and making sure it was correct, and my plan was to add this information to the website today. You get told in the email that you 48 hours to give them this information. When I click on the link to take me to the section I need to go to, or once I've logged in to royalmail site and click to my account section I get this message that the site is getting scheduled maintenance.

It has been like this since 6am this morning. Does anyone know how long this maintenance will last, or have they experienced this scheduled maintenance message when they have logged in to their accounts? I have until tomorrow afternoon (Sunday) to send them this information. I am worried now that if it does go past the 48 hours and the website is still not working I will lose the job.
