it's a supplement to pay for those that work in the Delivery Function. Other functions get their own but not quite as much.

roughly 50p an hour up to 39 hours. Any hours above contract and its paid within a special rate of overtime called SSPR. Any hours beyond 39 no Supplement is paid.
