Hi I am looking at working for RM and have heard that the vehicles in your fleet are not insured as a normal car would be, does this mean I need to use my car insurance needs extending to cover me if I drive a RM vehicle?

Would this mean that if (god forbid) I had an accident in a fleet vehicle I don't have to declare it to my car insurance? Keeping my no accident / no claims bonus?

No - you still have to declare accidents to your insurance company. Its in the fine print of most of the insurance certificates. It "helps" them predict the level of risk they have when they insure you.
