Hi all, Ive been with royal mail for 3 months and My manager has recently canceled the duty I started on saying it can be lapsed and im now being made a reserve/floater (not sure which) my question is while I was doing a permanent Duty I had a rolling day off i.e. one week Monday next week Tuesday etc, Can my manager now change this and say that she can't tell me my day off for the next week till the Saturday before.
