Hi, I applied for a postman with driving on 5th Nov and completed online tests on 6th which i heard no more about-i kept looking at my profile and then on the 11 jan it came up with test complete? How long does this all take to progress? I really want the job. I tried ringing up and going through the switchboard but got nowhere and also emailed and got told the job is in the shortlisting process-would i have been told if i was unsuccessful for an interview by now or does it take this long? What is my best way forward? Many thanks.

As usual RM is going through a period of change, there probably was a specific job going in November that the powers decided no longer needed filling, and now they will be assessing if any vacancies are in fact open. Think they are trying to VR a good number of FT going into new financial year so these will probably be replaced by PT so could be a few weeks yet.
