Problems after receiving a job offer

uesday congratulating me on being successful at interview. I attended an interview a few weeks ago but didn't get the job and was added to the waiting list so I assume this is why I have this email. The email asks me to follow a link to provide info for my security checks. When I click it I get an error message that says "failed to load application" I've emailed HR to ask what I need to do but haven't heard from them. Can someone help? I've spent the past few days trying to get a contact number for recruitment but all I can get is HR number and they only deal with existing employees so can not help me. I'm worried now as the email says I need to provide this info within 48hours and that deadline has now passed. Help!!
