Minimum Requirement

Post by Lori01 »

Hi Everyone,

I just applied for a position,but was rejected for not meeting theminium requirement. Not exactly sure what this means? I have been out of the UK forthe last 8 years (working) and can provide references. Ive been off because I just had a baby. He's due to turn 1, and I was hoping to start work in this country as I doubt i'll go back. I'm English and have the right to work here.

So not sure why I was rejected? Was wondering if anyone knew what the minium requirements were? I have a degree and was working as a PA for the regional manager of a well respected petroleum firm in Mexico, so not sure why this wouldn't meet the minimum.

Thanks in advance.

Check your work history if you have gaps that seems to be one of the reasons they get rejected. When you have a gap, explain it etc.

However if you have a degree you might think of going down the Graduate Management Scheme route http://www.royalmailgroup.com/grad-operations" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
