awaiting security check - sorter hwdc (pay)?

Post by wajahatsaleem »

Hi

I have passed on my interview assessment and i was asked to fill in 5 yrs reference check and now i received an email and post stating they have commenced my security check and will in touch soon if required prior to giving out job offer
I initially applied for full time position but i was given options of part time permanent contracts to choose from one 20hours 5 weeks on 1 week off or 15 hours 36 mins 2 days late shifts
I have chosen 2 days reason being i want to work more hours, i know that royal mail don't provide full time contracts anymore so can anyone highlight if i can get more hours as i have my own little family with a little 4 year old.
Another thing is pay i have no idea how much isit per hour or any bonus i heard you get in hwdc or other monetary incentives you get in a month, it is 365.23 per week pro rata...so where i see it says somewhere in Google that it is 8.08 pounds per hour? now i know night shifts get more money but im on late until 9 pm, so if i get any more hours other then my contract hours does it count overtime or just extra hours normal rate, what is overtime then?
i just want to know how much will i make in 15 hours 36 mins that is weekly contracted hours!? please could anyone help
where i see 8.08*15.5*4 = 500.96 per month is there anything im missing, are breaks included in this!? or do i get something else or the pay rate im thinking of is not right
