I've applied for at least 10 vacancies at various depots.
Done the on-line tests and passed, never seem to get an interview even.
Applied for one which I had a mate working at, he said he spoke to his manager who advised him that they had taken on 6 people out of which only 2 turned up for the position and there was still 4 vacancies available.
Surely you would think instead of re-advertising there are still all the other aplications still not been given a chance of an interview, and there would be contacted.
Who does this work.
