hi guys. went for royal mail interview 29/10/13 passed the interview put on the waiting list.because other people score higher than me. i have been a royal mail casual for 10 years work in every office in the south east done over 467 walks. inducted new people to the job while working as a casual lol. can any one tell me why i did not get the job i fought having all this exp would give me this job :cry

I was put on the waiting list and after 2 months was offered the job.
