"Will this be your only job?" question

I've been applying and currently on a waiting list for a part time job. Just predicting this question IF I get any further - I am self employed running a VERY small amazon seller business, couple of hours per day max. Do I declare this? (Or it is just asking about other fully employed paye jobs?) I'm a little worried given how easily they can turn you down for the smallest thing over another otherwise equal candidate that it will go against me.
