new contract rates
hi does anyone know of what the difference is between new and old contracts as with the agency im on more as they pay full night allowance, but if i take a weekend contract the overtime rate is lower as part timers dont get and night allowance as im currently doing nights with the agency. Also does the pay go up after so long as the new contracts iv been told are lower than the old ones. Anoying as iv been here longer that 2 people they got took on before me as I was only willing to do nights for family reasons now im going to get less even though I started before them, do you keep your seniority from all the time you have done from being agency once made permenant at least.

Re: new contract rates
New contracts are on £12.54 around £1.30 less
No delivery payment d2ds etc.
Monthly pay
Overtime at 1.25x when over 40 hours done in a week.
Pay does not go up after any time. I have just hit a year and nothing has changed it's crap.
Sunday working no premium for doing that either.
No delivery payment d2ds etc.

Re: new contract rates
It sounds like the OP doesn't work on deliveries if they are working nights so they were never going to receive the delivery payment?henrilloydps3gl wrote: ↑30 Jun 2024, 18:36New contracts are on £12.54 around £1.30 less
