RECRUITMENT INSISTING ON PAPER COPIES

Hello good day,

As part of recruitment requirements for Royal Mail, I have been asked to upload PAPER copies of my Study Offer Letter and Term Time Letters.

I originally sent them the pdf versions sent to me by the school. But they refused it saying they do not want online copies or printed paper copies of online documents. They insist on it being a paper copy on school letter head.

Isn’t this an unreasonably difficult request? Please does anyone have a contact number I can call or email regarding this?
