ucheck conundrum

Post by And13 »

Good Evening to all,
Slammed my face on the very first hurdle while applying for a Christmas Mail sorter position. After selecting my nationality and uploading passport photo on the ucheck online system, I'm struggling to see which of the following apply to my instance, I'm Portuguese and a UK resident for the past 20 years. Is there anything that I'm missing!? Been at this for well over 2 hours and can't seem to find which document would apply to me, I basically have none beside a very valid Portuguese Passport (EU) and a share code to provide to Royal Mail my settled Status.
Any help/suggestions more than welcomed, Thank you
I've attached a print screen of this bellow

Thanks for the suggestion, but I already have all documentation and a share code for a future employers. The issue here resides with the fact that none of the options provided by uCheck are applicable! For crying out loud there isn't even an option for EEA/EU Passport!!!!
