seasonal application form help?

I applied for seasonal sorting work, got a message to complete the uCheck part of the application. I returned to the appication on the website and can't find any reference to uCheck. Can anyone give me a clue?

I got the Ucheck link sent through on an email that was titled "Your Seasonal Mail Sorter Application". The link was near the very bottom of the email.

I uploaded my paperwork 19 days ago and I haven't a heard a thing since. My status since then has remained "Checks in process". This is my third spell with RM over Christmas, and I've never had a delay like this before. Anyone else in the same boat?
