That its for RM posties.
Other parts of RM do different stuff like relay and same day delivery but no the regular posties.

International Standard is 1st/2nd class
International Priority can be both depending on where you get it from. The locker class it as a special without a timed deadline, in the parcels then its normal mail.
Where it comes from and what agreements we have with them depend on whether we treat as specials or not, but as so many don't try to remember them just remember where you got them from is the best rule of thumb.
