Hi I’ve been with Royal Mail about a month I’ve got a payroll number number etc been told to download the people app signed in etc but it won’t let me verify my correct details anyone else had this problem and if so how did you get round it?

Hi.

I had the same problem, but it was because I tried to register before my first day of employment. Despite having your employee number, you must wait until after your first day.

If that answer isn't applicable to you, I'd drop an email to people.app@royalmail.com as they seem quite helpful.

Email people.app@royalmail.com as suggested. One lad at our place had the same issue and it was because his postcode was wrong on the hr system
