It's 40 hours before overtime kicks in at time and a quarter. Actually it's 42.5 hours as the new starts don't get paid for meal relief/ breaks. And most of them will be working through them because the manager will not tell them, as he/she is getting free labour and the reps seem so shite at their jobs now.
