Who to contact regarding an application?

I had an interview a few weeks back for a postie role and was told they would contact me within 48 hours of it, needless to say I've not been contacted and the role on my job profile hasn't updated either.

I've tried to email the recruitment consultant for this role twice, tried the myapplication email (which is failing to send), tried to phone the HR line and get to the recruitment part which just gives me an automated message on repeat mentioning everything that I've already tried.

I wanted to know if there is any other way to get in contact about the application.
