Not getting the email for online tests

Hi, I wonder if you could help me.

I recently applied for a postie job offer, but never got the email to do the online tests. I just received an email saying that my application wasn't successful as as "did not complete your online tests as per the required deadline"

Does anyone know how to get in contact with recruitment at Royal Mail, please?

The phone number for HR is 0345 6060603
I think there's an option for recruitment.

Without risking sounding negative the fact you never received the email is actually quite typical of the way Royal Mail operate.
