Annual leave

Post by Scottspa76 »

I'm starting next Monday with RM on a 30hr permanent contract. They're aware I already have holidays booked. One being for 2 weeks just 10 days after I start. Am I going to be getting paid for this holiday or not? Not fussed if not as I'm due holiday pay back from my current job but need to prepare in case it's unpaid.

I believe it will be paid - but inform your new coach and manager on the 1st day. It will be honoured but neither will be told by anyone that you have leave booked.
