Hi All,
My friend was hired last year at her local DO on a fixed term contract but then had to leave after two months due to sudden family illness and not being able to get carers that didn't charge the earth due to Covid.
All is resolved now and she has been trying to get back into RM for several months - two applications were 'position withdrawn' despite having interview dates in place and the other she didn't even get an interview.
There doesn't seem to be any positions in our local area at the moment but she has seem a Manpower temporary contract for a Delivery and Collections position at the DO where she used to work.
Does anybody have any experience working for RM with Manpower - is it a no no or could it be a way to get her foot back in the door?
Any advice appreciated, thank you
