Induction day - no login details yet - poor communication

Suppose to be my induction day today, I am assuming I do this from home judging by the email I received but have had no clarification on this as the lady who emailed me is away for 10 days (brilliant) I don't have any login details for the link I have been given for the welcome program and cant get through to anyone. Also not received a contract to look over.

Also what is pre-employment screening? it says i have passed stage 1 but waiting for stage 2 and if i fail i will no longer be able to work for royal mail, which would be s**t as i would of left a job to do this and be fired off.

Starting to regret ever bothering which is not a good start for me.

I’d go into the delivery office if possible. They’ll probably get you to start right away without an induction. That’s what happened to ours that did that.

Alternatively they might help you log in? You should get paid for today, regardless, if it’s your start date.
