I'm awaiting an interview date with Manpower for a temporary postie position in Cwmbran. If successful, I'd be awarded a 12 week contract.
On the Manpower website's Royal Mail section, they say that "great performance could lead to a permanent contract with us."
How true is this? Have any of you guys started working for Royal Mail as a temp, and later been offered a permanent contract?
