Hey did the email that said you passed the checks say much? Mine literally just said
"We are pleased to confirm that you have now passed our full pre-employment checks.

Regards,

Royal Mail Recruitment"

Did your email also have a start date?

That is all mine said too. My profile has now changed to 'Start Date Agreed'

I had already had an email regarding my welcome day and start date before I went on to pre employments check though

Try searching your emails for the number that was on the application as that was in the header of the email regarding my start date

Good luck

Mine finally changed to pre employment checks on Thursday (after emailing to find out what was going on) so hoping mine won’t be too long now!

Got my email to say I’ve passed security checks so just waiting on a start date email. Was only 6 days from when it changed to pre employment checks! Hopefully those who haven’t heard yet will hear something soon!

Yeah I had my email to say I had passed my security checks last week and yesterday I received a secure email in which I was given my induction date/location and my start date. Congratulations on passing the checks :)

Had my secure email this morning with formal offer. I’ve got to travel to Bristol from South Wales (near Swansea) for my induction which seems crazy...but just glad it’s finally official

I lived in Swansea for a little while! I have to travel about an hour from where I live so it's not that strange to travel for the induction. At least it's a one time thing.

Yeah I don’t mind to be fair. Would be much easier if I had a car at the moment. Unfortunately where I live there’s only a bus every 2 hours, none at all on a Sunday and the earliest bus isn’t until 6.30am which wouldn’t get me to the nearest station in time to get the train to Bristol for half 8 leaving me enough time to catch a cab to be at the Bristol depot for 9am

So instead I have to stay at my sisters who lives in Neath on Saturday night (because there’s no buses out of here on Sunday :Very Happy ) and Sunday night so I can catch the train first thing Monday morning :chuckle

So a complete palava but happily do it as I’ve been out of work for 5 months and can’t wait to crack on. Will get myself a cheap run around as soon as I’ve got some money coming in too so all good in the Valleys :Very Happy

Congrats misstmac and MrRMD! The online tracker changed to 'pre-employment checks' on the 24th January. Going crazy stalking the page :) I applied in November so the process takes awhile!

Best of luck!
