Hi, I’ve seen this a couple of times on the forum. I considered this, but figured that if the manager wasn’t prioritising it due to other work related issues, I didn’t want to p*ss them off! What i dont understand is why would the interviewing manager sit on these applications for weeks/months and not submit them? Doesnt seem right to me.
