ex romec cleaner now servest cleaner

My wife tuped over when servest got post office counters cleaning contract 3 months ago . Anyone know if other cleaners are having trouble getting cleaning materials,uniform etc. Plus no wage slips and now clocking in and out starting tomorrow no warning just a text telling her to do so. Bad communication by servest manager not replying to emails texts etc. She at her wits end so any advice would be helpful
