Romec Cleaning Productivity Scheme


Branches will recall that during the 2014 Romec Pay Discussions, negotiations took place on changes to the Romec Cleaning Productivity Scheme. LTB 469/14 detailed these changes to the scheme and advised that a rollout would be advised in due course.


It has been agreed with the company, during these talks that the agreement would be jointly rolled out, to date, discussions have continued with regard to this but have yet to conclude. A further meeting has been arranged for Tuesday 14th October 2014 in this regard.


Would branches please note that until such time as a further LTB is issued, detailing agreed rollout dates and training for our Regional Reps, no discussions should take place locally to introduce changes in line with the agreement.
