Romec Pay Offer 2010
The result of the ballot on Romec Pay for Engineering and Cleaning grades are as follows:
Votes in favour 1247
Votes against 96
Spoils 5
Total ballot papers received 1348
Ballot papers despatched 2278
Romec have been advised of the acceptance of the offer which will be paid in to salaries as follows and £800 will be paid to the engineers due to receive a lump sum in lieu of a bonus payment:
Weekly paid cleaners:
* Friday 1 October: Payment of 2.25% increase only
* Friday 29 Oct: Payment of all arrears & additional 0.5% increase
Monthly paid people:
* Thursday 30 Sept: Payment of 2.25% increase only
* Friday 29 Oct: Payment of all arrears & additional 0.5% increase
* Friday 29 Oct - Payment of lump sum to engineers only
