just received an email inviting me here. I'm a rep for RM customer services. Whilst we won't be ballotted for the current action - our pay deal is negotiated separately - we usually end up with the same deal, so no doubt we will be ballotted ourselves. The posties have the support of the customer service people, we would hope that the posties would support us too.
