Anguard shifts for the 12 week + people where I work have virtually dried up though new recruitment continues apace and there seem to be shifts available for the new recruits. Cant think why that would be. Anyway Royal Mail is offering priority application for those who did Chritsmas Casual work in 2019 which I did prior to joining Anguard. Does anyone have a definitive answer whether you can be on Anguard books and still do Christmas Casual work? I have e mailed Anguard twice but have not had a reply. What makes me wonder is that there is a question on the Christmas Casual form which asks "do you currently work for Royal Mail/Anguard yes/no" . Anyone know for sure?
