Applied through Angard for Mail Centre

I've applied through Angard for Mail Centre but I haven't heard anything back
since 27/07/20 it is now 18/08/20. The last contact they made with me was to show
my proof of right to work in the UK. This was done via a video submission showing a full
uk birth certificate.

Is this a normal turn around time? or have I been shoved aside?
Also are there any other agencies recruiting for the Royal Mail with a quicker
turn around time?

Normally only Angard recruit for the Mail Centres, but recently due to high demand there have been others. I think it’s probably just Angard again now though.

Yes, the turnaround time can be slow. Do you have any contact details to chase up your application? Perhaps try Angard.Employee@reedglobal.com - that’s the normal recruitment address but I don’t know how closely it’s being monitored as the last I heard many of their staff were working from home.

Yeah, I tried sending an email to angard.employee@reedglobal.com and haven't received a reply. It is a bit disappointing handing over a lot of sensitive documents and making a video to get nothing.

I another gripe would be that Angard are posting more advertisements online for other positions at the mail centre which I don't think I'm allowed to apply
for under their current rules? I'm pretty sure Adecco would have me working at Amazon next week but their recruitment process is also bust for various
stupid reasons.

Just thought I'd post another update I tried contacting through Angard's submission form on their website and I still haven't
received any correspondence. It literally feels like there is no one working at the company and only automated stuff is functional.

I'm at the point now were I just want all my information deleted from their company servers but good luck even getting that done.
