Hi

Currently work at Leeds MC and for some reason have received no shifts or anything for the past week. Haven’t heard or got a text message from anyone, is there any reason behind it or is it just not too busy anymore. Unless people have been assigned shifts last week but they always need couple of staff everyday. Is this happening any other MC? Thanks

Aren’t Leeds MC using JoinedUp now?

When you say texts, do you meant direct texts to your mobile or through the JoinedUp Inbox?

Yeah, I do get texts and email for shifts but for some reason since last week no shifts, no text nothing. I don’t know whether it is quiet or just no shifts at all. My availability is always available so I don’t know. Just wondering if anyone has worked for the past week there.

Managers at our MC have been told not to use agency staff as we are too expensive so shifts have dried up. Maybe the same at Leeds?

Since lockdown, we’ve hadshifts daily so it can’t be cause we are too expensive. Must be that everyone could be back to work as lots of people went On leave cause of this coronovirus so I don’t know.

We were getting daily shifts as well but now the budget has been cut and managers told not to use us.

Maybe some shifts this week though. I’m surprised really cause it is busy at this time and I’m pretty sure they need staff as it is really busy in Leeds and probably everywhere else.
