I miss my induction day due to delay in security check and now it has been return. In the email I was told to connect to Greenford Center directly but when I contact I was told again that they need to let you know from headoffice and we cannot check for you when can you start again ?
There is no phone call service to get help for this and no one brother to reply my email too.Is there anyone who can give me a bit more information about what should I do next ?

Ring 0333 240 8502. Select one of the options. I think it’s 3 or 4.
Outline the problem to them and they should put you through to the correct team.
In you case, do not use option 1 or 2
