Angard changed their internal payroll computer system a little in early September.
Since then the Payroll computer no longer reports back and updates the staff record of worked shifts.
Two of my colleagues have fallen foul of this
Neither has been able to book a shift with Angard for more than four weeks.
Managers have been calling them in direct and Angard have paid them.
Now they have received emails from Angard asking that, as they have not worked for Angard for four weeks, do they want t continue with their employment. Failure to work for Angard will result in P45s being sent in two weeks time.
Hopefully, this will be resolved but the question being asked of Angard is, “Why are you paying me if you have no record of me working for you?”
