According to the managers at my mail centre, Royal Mail can’t ask Angard for specific staff. For some jobs they want experienced staff but end up being sent new starters or those not trained on the task. I don’t think they have any say on who gets booked unless they do it themselves (which they aren’t supposed to - we got an email saying if a RM manager calls you in, contact Angard!)

At my MC the Late Managers have been banned from calling in staff directly. Nepotism was running rife.
