Why do Angard insist in docking me money for breaks even though my time sheet tells them that I have not taken any ?

Probably because if you are expected to work 6 hours or more by law you should have a break. If they acknowledge you have not had a break then they are open to all sorts of legal matters.

They should not be docking you for breaks at all , according to the recent ruling from the Employment tribunal .
Having said that I have heard of them deducting 30 mins from a 4 hour shift even though no breaks were taken.

We are still being docked for breaks. No sign of the new pay rates or the remainder of the back money yet. No top-ups for August or September’s hours and still no answer to the back pay calculation query I submitted on 1st August. I think Angard staff have been forgotten about!!
